Terms of Service

By accessing or using the DST Global platform ("Platform"), website, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including clients who apply for loans, investments, or grants.

DST Global Financial Services ("DST Global", "we", "our") provides professional financial intermediary services including: • Loan facilitation: Personal, business, mortgage, and emergency loans from $5,000 to $5,000,000+ • Investment products: Fixed return plans, shares portfolios, equity, dividends, and capital growth funds • Grant programmes: Selective non-repayable funding for eligible businesses and organisations DST Global acts as a financial services intermediary and is not a bank. Services are subject to eligibility, regulatory approval, and our internal underwriting criteria.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or legal adult in your jurisdiction) • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding financial agreements • Not be a resident of any country subject to international financial sanctions • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and application DST Global reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel applications at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe information provided is false or misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate personal and financial information • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access • Not share your password or allow others to access your account • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available DST Global will never ask for your password via email or phone. Do not share your OTP verification codes with anyone, including DST Global staff.

Loan approvals are subject to credit assessment and underwriting. Approved terms including interest rate, repayment schedule, and fees will be provided in a formal Loan Agreement before disbursement. By accepting a loan offer, you agree to repay the principal and interest as scheduled. Late payments may result in penalty fees and negative reporting to credit bureaus. DST Global reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of unpaid debts. All loan interest rates are quoted on an annual percentage rate (APR) basis. The APR includes the base interest rate and any applicable fees. Early repayment is permitted without penalty on all DST Global loan products.

Investments are subject to the specific terms of each investment plan as described on the Platform. By submitting an investment application, you acknowledge: • Fixed return plans guarantee the stated annual ROI for the plan duration • Variable investment products (shares, equity, dividends, capital growth) are subject to market risk and returns are not guaranteed • You may receive less than the amount you invest in variable products • Investment funds must be received and confirmed before a plan is activated • Early withdrawal from active plans may result in reduced or forfeited returns as specified per plan DST Global is not responsible for market losses on variable investment products.

Grants are selective, non-repayable funding subject to eligibility criteria and approval. Grant applications do not guarantee funding. By applying, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your business or project • Use granted funds solely for the stated purpose • Allow DST Global to request progress reports and documentation • Repay the grant in full if funds are misused or if material misrepresentation is discovered False statements in a grant application may result in immediate revocation and legal action.

Application fees: DST Global does not charge fees to submit a loan, investment, or grant application. Processing fees: Any applicable fees will be disclosed in full in the formal offer letter before you accept. You are never obligated to pay a fee without receiving a written offer first. Payment processing: Payments are processed via Stripe, Flutterwave, and NOWPayments. By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms of service. DST Global does not store payment card details.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, the Data Protection Act, and applicable international data protection laws. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing financial services and will not be sold to third parties.

You may not use the Platform for: • Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity • Funding terrorism or sanctioned entities • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility requirements • Providing false or misleading information in any application • Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform • Using automated bots or scripts without written permission from DST Global Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DST Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses on variable products, unauthorised access due to user negligence, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to DST Global in the 12 months preceding the claim.

DST Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which DST Global is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration before being referred to courts.
